NRP,
Inc., has established a wastewater laboratory capable of testing
BOD, COD, Sulfide levels, Sludge reduction, Odors and biological
activity in wastewater. In NRP's facility, a laboratory bench
test will be performed on all wastewater with Bio-Kat
prior to any applications applied at the
industrial plants or wastewater facilities. Our waste water  treatment
laboratory includes the latest and most up to date laboratory
testing equipment available. In addition to the normal testing
procedures mandated by the Standard Methods for the Examination
of Water and Wastewater 20th addition, we utilize the science
of Respirometry. The respirometer in our laboratory specifically
designed for analyzing wastewater treatment can simulate aerobic
or anaerobic wastewater treatment. This state of the art technology
can analyze oxygen respiration and endogenous respiration rates
within your own wastewater treatment plant samples, and graphically
compare the respiration rate of a base line sample to that of
a sample including the addition of various dosing protocols of
our Bio-Activator, in order to scientifically determine the proper
application protocol necessary to achieve the maximum results.
Thus giving NRP the capability of producing the most efficient
protocol for the application of its Bio-Activators prior to full-scale
applications. Using this method gives NRP a baseline to maintain
periodic testing, for efficiency throughout the seasons of the
year due to climatologic changes. This laboratory bench test procedure
virtually eliminates any chance of failure of NRP's Bio-Activators
due to the ability to "fine tune" our treatment process
in house prior to full-scale applications. |

video allows its clients to monitor the complete wastewater bench
test, ask questions and see the live results from the convenience
of their own office. |

NRP's
new concept of a Wastewater Laboratory on Wheels has never
been pursued in the Wastewater industry. The Mobile Coach will
be a full wastewater laboratory,  capable
of running any test needed on location at Industrial plants or
wastewater facilities. In the Mobile Coach there will be a conference
area fully equipped with wireless communications to NRP,Inc. senior
lab technician and home office. A Technician and area sales representative
will accompany the coach offering additional services to the facilities
that includes, advise on improving performance of the facility,
laboratory equipment, aeration products, pumps and associated
valves and fittings. |
